Call Stonebridge Nurse Care when a child has fever with trouble breathing, persistent vomiting, stiff neck, unusual sleepiness, signs of dehydration, or fever lasting more than three days. Infants under three months with a temperature of 100.4°F or higher need urgent medical guidance.
For common mild fever, encourage fluids, monitor symptoms, and use fever-reducing medicine only as directed by a clinician or product label.
Start nurse triageSame-day visits are prioritized for new symptoms, medication reactions, follow-up after urgent care, and pediatric sick visits. Virtual appointments are appropriate for many follow-up questions and mild symptoms.
Billing advocates can help with statement questions, insurance updates, payment plans, and estimate requests. Patients should have their statement number, date of service, and insurance card ready.
Routine lab results are usually available within three business days. Critical results are escalated to the care team immediately.
Patients should request routine refills at least three business days before running out. New symptoms or medication side effects may require a visit before refill approval.
Severe chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, major injury, or symptoms that feel life-threatening should be handled by emergency services.
